YOUR DATA
Effective 5 September 2026 · How we collect, use, and protect member information
This policy explains what we collect when you browse, register, or log in, and the choices you have. We only use data to run membership, the binary plan, and foundation communications.
Name, sponsor ID, placement side, and login credentials you submit on join or sign-in.
Email and mobile number so we can confirm your account and send plan or event updates.
Tree position, BV activity, and rank status needed to operate matching and rewards.
Basic device and log data to keep the site secure and understand which pages are used.
We use your details to create and secure your membership, place you in the binary tree, communicate about ranks and foundation programmes, and meet legal or accounting needs. We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with service providers who host email, SMS, or membership systems, and only as needed to run those services. Your sponsor may see limited placement information required for the binary structure. We may disclose information if required by law.
The site may use essential cookies or local storage for login sessions and preferences. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work if they are blocked.
We keep membership records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, dispute, or legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures; no method of transmission is completely secure.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal holds and plan-record needs. Contact hello@thegreenisf.org. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, we will honour those that apply.
When this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes may also be announced on the website or by email to registered members.
